Executive Summary:
The 24bots.biz company will create a series of small robots which will help work force to complete boring and repeatable tasks faster and more accurately. Whenever there is a task to collect reports or data from one website or web service or DB and prepare it for processing, process and report to a different website/ web service - execute bot and move to the next task series. If office worker can complete task in 20 minutes - bot will do it in less then 2.

Company Description:
This should be a brand new start up type company independent of location and legal structure with only remote work force engaged.
There should be a clear difference compared to competitors by the production time and the price of a bot. We will use AI to speed up the production and have bot or series of bots ready in a week.
Time from agreement to beta test MUST be less then 4 weeks. I would like to see clients looking at bot work quickly.

Market Research:
The market for the robots are a companies with 5+ off shore workers handling the most of manual work on processing cases. The trends are that robot market size for 2024 will be 88 USD and in the next 5 years it should replace work force by 90%.
The strengths of the competitors are accessibility to contacts to decision makers.
The weaknesses of the competitors are:
1. Inability to create bot or bots series quickly (it can took 1 year from initial contacts to beta test phase).
2. Time waste in correspondence in between client - project manager - team members.
3. Lack of delivering clear instructions for robot steps to start up the development process (this should be the first step we demand from clients) and adding new requests along development phase.
4. The discrepancy in between client budget and development company budget causing failure.
5. Bot developed and deployed by one RPA Developer is cheap and will have no real competition.

Products/Services:
The software robots that 24bots.biz will sell can replace a ton of manual work in a week - clients will return their investment in 1 month for a simple bots and in a 3 months for complex ones. If client company has 5 offshore workers working on processing some cases - bot can handle 90% of total work.
The software robots will be developed by the combination of python framework and AI - the hottest technology available atm.

Marketing and Sales Strategy:
Cheap and stable robots - help out your work force skip repeatable boring tasks and have them only check the output of a bots in actions. Keep them busy by handling special cases. Allow bots to handle repetitive tasks and communications, freeing up human resources for strategic initiatives and relationship-building efforts.
Pricing strategies:
1. 1 day bot - 1000 USD.
2. 1 week bot - 4000 USD.
3. 1 month bot - 16000 USD.
4. Upgrade and maintaining - 200USD /hour.
The clients should be aware that if they can not return their investment in a month or 3 months - they are not suitable for 24bots.biz bots.
Distribution channels - create a bot on a virtual machine such as AWS or on a local dev machine and test it out directly on client machine.
If client requests are too complex and will take more then 3 months to develop and deploy a bot or series of bots - this is not our market.

Operations and Management:
Initial phase:
Founder and CEO - define strategy and approach and develop bots for first clients.
Co-founder and Investor - provide quality contacts and back up company expenses until company turns profitable.
Expanding phase:
Hire smart and hungry dev juniors (fond of python) and have them skilled and productive in 1 week.
Growing up phase:
Hire 1 person to take care of financial/legal work and marketing.

Financial Projections:
The first client can buy only one bot and check his ROI - if goes well it will order a bot series. The moment client provide us with a clear automation steps - development can start.
With 4 sold 1 week bots in a month growing will start.

Risk Analysis:
1. Risk No 1 - Do not enter dev phase unless client has clear instruction on steps that should be automatized AND where client would like for bots to run (client machines or cloud remote server).
2. Risk No 2 - Do not start unless 50% of price is deposited on ESCROW account.
3. Risk No 3 - Allow bots to run on directly on work force machines skipping test environments.
4. Risk No 4 - Technology changes - should not reflect our work because it will be pure python solutions with standard libraries. The team should follow up the latest tech enhancements and continue with innovations.

Implementation Plan:
Milestones:
1. Get the first client in 3 months and collect feedback. Detect risks and fix it.
2. In 6 months collect impressions and set focus on the most profitable work.
3. In 1 Year company should be profitable.

Conclusion:
Starting with small and mid-size robots and prepare a foundation for big size ones.
The key is to get the right contacts and show clients bots in action - and check how fast they will return their investment. Properly done - one client will drive us to profitability quickly.
The future I would like to see is a growing list of happy clients who will value our contribution.
